At Linoir, we are committed to your satisfaction with our unique string art creations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-Made or Personalized Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom string art pieces created specifically for you, these items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 7-day return window, email our customer support at contact@linoir.art or call/WhatsApp us at +923279575376. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clearly state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.

  3. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please package the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Return Shipping Costs:

      • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

      • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size chosen by customer), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like TCS) and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Return Address: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (usually 7-10 business days).

  • If your refund is rejected, we will explain the reasons.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@linoir.art.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@linoir.art and follow the return process mentioned above.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your string art piece arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) at contact@linoir.art or +923279575376.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage/defect and the packaging.

  • We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a return, replacement, or refund.

1. Shipping Carrier

  • All orders within Pakistan are shipped using TCS (Pakistan's leading courier service).

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we primarily ship within Pakistan.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at contact@linoir.art before placing an order to discuss feasibility and costs.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [e.g., 3-5 business days or specify based on custom orders]of receiving full payment.

  • Please note that processing times may be longer for custom-made string art pieces, large orders, or during peak seasons. We will communicate estimated timelines for custom orders at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your delivery location.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties (if any) will be added to the total.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Please look out for announcements on our Site.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched via TCS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your TCS tracking number.

  • You can track the status of your shipment directly on the TCS website using the provided tracking number.

7. Delivery Information

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Someone may need to be available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local TCS office for pickup, or returned to us, incurring additional shipping charges for redelivery.

8. Damaged Packages or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please refuse to accept it if possible, or immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself. Contact us within 24-48 hoursof delivery at contact@linoir.art with your order number and photos.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact TCS directly first with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, then contact us, and we will assist you in investigating the matter.
