All string art pieces are handmade and may have slight variations from the images shown.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the order. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.

  • Custom Orders: For custom string art pieces, specific terms regarding design approval, timelines, and payment will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

3. Payment

  • Payment Gateway: We use a secure third-party payment gateway (e.g., PayFast) for all transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site via the payment gateway.

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: Our Shipping Policy, available on the Site, governs the shipping and delivery of products purchased through the Site. By making a purchase, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

  • Copyright: All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and string art designs, is the property of Linoir or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

  • Trademarks: Linoir and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Linoir or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Linoir.

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Linoir, a Linoir employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Linoir or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • As Is: Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and all products and services delivered to you through the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

  • No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linoir, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Linoir regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
